DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods Monitor inventory levels and stock control, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely reporting Implement and maintain effective warehouse management processes and procedures Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize warehouse operations Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations Provide training and support to warehouse personnel to enhance their skills and productivity Collaborate with other teams, such as transportation and customer service, to deliver a seamless logistics experience
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within the warehousing, storage and distribution, preferably handle FMCG customers. Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational targets Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office applications Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
