DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage sales coverage across Medical channels, GT, and MT outlets, and engage with customers effectively. Achieve sales targets, including sales value and productivity KPIs. Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers. Conduct product education sessions to inform and engage clients. Monitor competitor activities and identify market opportunities. Ensure successful product delivery, address complaints, and manage collections seamlessly.
REQUIREMENT

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Strong communication skills. Positive, active, and self-motivated personality. Basic proficiency in English communication. Minimum educational qualification: D3/SMK graduates. Prior experience in sales of OTC/ETC/Ethical products. Established connections in the ETC/Ethical market. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships.
