DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Make bank transfer timely and accurately 2. Keep in good relationship with Each Bank Manager 3. Request or Downlaod daily Bank Statement Daily, and Report Balance to Financial Manager 4. Monthly Reconcile the company’s bank statements In-Time 5. Issue invoices / receipt according to company work demand As Accountant, 1. Record financial booking daily accurately and On-Time 2. Make monthly Analysis of Balance Sheet in Booking System 3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports 4. Manage and record the general ledger, development cost and cost release 5. Assist with the audit process conducted by external auditors. 6. Assist in payroll processing and ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of salaries 7. Perform other related duties as assigned (Not Limited to Financial Cloud Operation)
REQUIREMENT

1. Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree of Economic or Accounting 2. Good at written and verbal communication skills in English (Able to speak in Mandarin is a plus) 3. Understand & Updated with accounting standard. 4. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (If staff have professional accounting/tax knowledge and show dedicated attitude to work, this demand can be relaxed) 5. Basic knowledge of property industry would be advantageous; 6. Proficient in Ms Excel & Ms Word; 7. Attention to detail, fast learner & have communicative ability; 8. Good at problem-solving, time management skills and good team work.
