DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supervising and Managing Staff: Assigning tasks, setting deadlines, providing guidance, and ensuring team members comply with company policies and accounting standards.
Managing Accounting Processes: Overseeing financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other accounting functions.
Ensuring Accuracy and Compliance: Verifying the accuracy of financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and maintaining sound internal controls.
Preparing Financial Reports: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Supporting the annual audit process.
Supporting the Company's Financial Goals: Work closely with the Finance Manager to support the company's financial goals and objectives.
Analyzing Financial Data: Analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Participating in the budget process, monitoring expenditures, and identifying variances.
Process Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Min 3 years experience in general accounting
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Having knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and standards.
Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
Ability to supervise and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
