DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To plan and coordinate daily or weekly production activities and work closely with planning department on material projection, in order to meet production output schedule and deliver schedule.
Liaise with production planning and warehouse on materials requirements.
Counter check and verify the daily output report
To ensure machine’s processing & operation in good condition in order to achieve optimal output while maintaining high quality.
Ensure process and production quality control in compliance with the SOP, customer’s order specification, safety standard and complied with relevant ISO’s requirement.
To ensure that operators are trained on the SOP of daily job, machine process and product specification in order to meet the product quality.
Work with HOD, planner and QA team to resolve quality problem and continual improvement.
To monitor the usage & quatity of consumables item in production line.
Undertake additional assignment and task as assigned by superior or management.
REQUIREMENT:
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Advance Diploma or Degree in engineering related fields
preferable experienced in packaging (paper / plastic) or printing industry.
preferable with min 2 to 3 years experience in manufacturing and process skills.
excellent analytical skills and mathematic.
Able to planning and forecast, good problem solving skills
