DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

· Oversee all finance and accounting functions · Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports · Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision making · Develop and monitor the company’s budget · Ensure compliance with accounting standards · Coordinate with external auditors · Manage cash flow
REQUIREMENT

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting · Minimum 5 years in a managerial position and experience in accounting and finance · Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance and tax regulations is an advantage · Proficient in accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics Software is preferred) and spreadsheets · Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and organizational skills · Able to work independently and as part of a team
