DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Design and execute procurement strategies to ensure the company obtains the best products and services. Manage the procurement team and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, including negotiating supply terms and pricing agreements. Plan, formulate, and implement the company’s logistics strategy, and oversee the overall logistics and warehouse operations. Establish and maintain the supply chain system, control logistics and warehouse management costs, and improve transportation efficiency and service levels. Coordinate communication, collaboration, and information sharing between departments. Lead and coordinate the logistics team, including personnel training and performance evaluation. Having experience in purchasing, logistics, product packaging, negotiation, inventory management, and import-export (customs) can be highly advantageous in roles within supply chain management.
REQUIREMENT

Fluent English speaking skill (able to speak mandarin is a plus) Computer skill including; Ms Excel, Powerpoint (Programming is a plus) Experience as a manager in previous company Good presentattion skill, fast learning, integrity, and honesty. Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, logistics management, international trade, or related fields. More than 5 years of experience in procurement sourcing, supplier development, and logistics management, with a strong understanding of all supply chain processes and market trends in logistics. Integrity, excellent leadership and teamwork skills, strong communication abilities, High responsibility, execution capability, and the ability to handle work pressure. Preferably have experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment or medical devices production Willingness to travel as required
