Relationship Management: The Senior Account Manager would be responsible for maintaining and developing a healthy and strong relationship with our Clients. This includes regular communication on business performance, new products or marketing ideas, addressing any concerns, and understanding their needs. Sales and Marketing: The role involves creating detailed and tailored sales and marketing strategies, sales materials and incentive structures to drive sales and meet sales targets. Product Knowledge: The Senior Account Manager will work closely with Product and Retail teams to create effective presentation of the product to Clients, and adjustment of Product based on Client, retail and customer feedback. Client Servicing: The role could include addressing any issues or queries, ensuring the product delivery and implementation goes smoothly, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaboration: The role requires collaboration with other departments like the product development team, customer service team, finance team, other sales team members to drive sales, ensure the product meets the client's needs and any issues are promptly resolved. Reporting: The Senior Account Manager would typically be responsible for reporting on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management. Market Analysis: They would also be required to keep an eye on market trends, understand competitor products, and suggest improvements or new products based on market demands, identify new channels and expand into addressable markets. Negotiation: The senior account manager would be responsible for negotiating contracts, terms, and conditions with the client, ensuring both parties reach a mutually beneficial agreement.
REQUIREMENT

Proven Track Record in Business Development: Demonstrated success in driving business growth through strategic key account management, with specific examples of achieving and exceeding revenue targets. Exceptional Communication and Negotiation Skills: Expert in influencing and engaging stakeholders at managerial and director levels, adept at negotiating complex, high-stakes agreements, and proficient in delivering compelling messages across a spectrum of formats, from concise elevator pitches to comprehensive, data-driven presentations. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and verbal). Advanced Problem-Solving and Innovative Thinking: Expertise in analyzing complex situations, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing innovative solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and finance, to align priorities and navigate through internal structures to achieve shared objectives. Professional Representation: Ability to represent Asurion with professionalism and integrity as a trusted brand ambassador in diverse external settings, including client engagements, industry events, and networking opportunities. Process Improvement: Expertise in identifying inefficiencies in stakeholder interactions and implementing streamlined processes for enhanced collaboration and communication. Sales and Market Forecasting: Experience with assessment and forecasting of sales pipelines, quantitative skills to analyse market potential and prioritize target segments based on size, growth, and competitive landscape. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Insurance, Telecommunication, 2nd life devices, IT or value-added service is a plus.
