REQUIREMENT
A Diploma or Higher NITEC/NITEC in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, AI, IT, Data Science, or related fields. Prior experience in IT support, preferably in ITIL-based helpdesk operations. Familiarity with tools and platforms such as CCNA, VMware, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Docker, GitHub/GitLab, Tableau, UiPath, or Palo Alto is a plus. A willingness to support students and faculty in a dynamic academic setting. Experience of operating lab equipment or similar technical environments. Basic knowledge of safety and compliance in lab or school environments. Able to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
