DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Grow international sales in top priority countries while meeting margin goals. Develop and follow a strategy-driven approach of depth & focus within selected best-fit countries to maximize opportunity. Drive strategy by prioritizing and sequencing countries and channels for increased engagement & investment of sales & marketing resources. Develop distributor performance, involving all details including via developing sales & promotions plans and incentive structures. Evaluate the opportunity for online sales in each market and if appropriate, select and manage an appropriate partner. Assess and select the most appropriate sales channels and retail partners for each market, and plan their development and sequencing Collaborate with distributors to create, evaluate and optimize promotional activities to meet goals and budgets. Collaborate with marketing team for strategy & execution for product, communications and promotions. Lead and develop a small team to meet needs and build the capability of individuals.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 8 years in international FMCG sales in SE Asia with a track record of increasing responsibility. Minimum 10 years of retail food sales experience Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role. Fluent in English. Using Excel/Sheets, ability to frame a question and build an appropriate spreadsheet tool to answer it, to answer quantitative, analytical questions. Fluent with MS office or Google suite, email and online office tools. Effective written communication skills Willing to travel The purpose of the International Sales Head is to grow international sales in alignment with company and brand strategy and to meet company channel margin goals, while continually building the effectiveness of the international sales team members. Lead and manage toward the dual goals of financial success and social outcomes per the company goals and vision-mission.
