DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sales & Business Development Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve regional sales targets. Identify and acquire new clients, including system integrators, distributors, and corporate customers. Expand market share by building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Account & Channel Management Manage and develop relationships with distributors, resellers, and B2B clients. Monitor sales performance of partners and provide necessary support. Conduct product training and promotional activities for sales partners. Market Research & Strategy Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies. Identify new business opportunities within the security and surveillance sector. Operational & Reporting Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and key business metrics. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and technical support) to align sales strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales guidelines.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in CCTV, security solutions, or electronic surveillance. Strong understanding of CCTV technologies, IP cameras, video analytics, and security solutions. Proven experience in B2B sales, channel management, or distributor partnerships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
