DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage employee benefits, including payroll, bonuses, allowances, overtime, and other entitlements; Coordinate employee business travel arrangements; Organize services for employee programs; Handle retirement, termination, and resignation calculations; Process payments for outsource employees and their overtime; Ensure better services for third parties (BPJS, DPLK, AKDHK, etc.).
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Management, Law, or an equivalent field; At least 1 year as an Assistant Manager or a minimum of 3 years as an HR Compensation & Benefit practitioner; Proficiency in payroll processes and PPh 21 tax calculations; Knowledge of Brevet A & B (certification will be a plus); Expertise in utilizing HR systems, such as Talenta or similar platforms; Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly for payroll calculations and data analysis
