DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing 4 departements eg. Finance, Accounting, Tax, Finance Business Partner Creating Financial Projection, Financial Model, Consolidated Financial report in order to monitor & supporting all business unit in the company. Direct and coordinate the preparation of monthly financial statement and analysis, financial statements, tax in accordance PSAK, IFRS, or Indonesian Taxation Laws and Regulations. Manage & provide budget activity such as collecting budget from all departements, recording, and analysis including budget revision. Organize & monitor external audit process, coordinating person in charge from internal organization, also collaborate with external parties to ensure all financial record & report included in audit process accurate, appropriated and timely finished. Lead project financing, financial restructuring, liase with external party such as Bank & Other financial institution in order to ensure all the company financial goals achieved. Managing all company tax record, reporting, and tax audit Including coordination with DJP if needed. Other task, report and financial analysis as assigned to give appropriate recommendation in decision-making.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum S-2 / MBA in Finance from reputable university or overseas Age 35 to 45 years old with minimum 10 years experience as Manager or 5 years experience as General Manager. Candidates from “BIG 4” consulting Firm, Bank, KJPP, Venture Capital is Encouraged to apply Ability to Create & Design Financial Projection, comprehensive Financial Report, Financial Modelling is a must Proficiency in financial reporting standards (PSAK & IFRS), all tax regulations and compliance requirements Hands-on experience with SAP Business One, Budgeting System, Other Financial Software Advanced Data Analysis, MS Excel skill, Business Intelligence is preferred Excellent leadership and team management abilities, analytics, presentation skills & Self-motivated. Good command in written and oral English. Willing to be place at Jakarta.
