DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Analyze/ assess customer infrastructure designs to meet the needs of creating new infrastructure solutions based on customer requests and needs.
Create a high-level proposal explaining the technical solutions and technologies used.
Collaborate with relevant teams to create roadmaps and milestones for each solution design.
Create and present technical and business aspects to customers of the solutions created.
Calculate the basic costs of the solution created which will then be coordinated with the CRM team to calculate profit/loss, BOQ, SOW, etc.
Monitor the implementation of work to ensure it is in line with the initial design.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree of IT or equivalent.
Have specialist level certification in the area of Network/System/Security/Cloud Technical.
Minimum 3 years work experience.
