DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and maintain harmonious relationships with employees, clients, and business partners across branch outlets. Ensure high-quality products and services are consistently delivered across all branch outlets. Oversee and coordinate the operational activities of the branch, including logistics, distribution, and warehouse management. Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop and implement business strategies to enhance branch growth and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. Manage the branch's financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability analysis. Lead and motivate branch teams to achieve organizational goals and enhance employee engagement. Identify and resolve operational issues promptly to maintain smooth branch operations.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields with a GPA of at least 3.00. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry Strong understanding of production and inventory management principles, as well as quality control and process improvement methodologies Proficiency in analysing and interpreting production data to drive continuous improvement Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a focus on developing and motivating personnel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and safety standards in the food manufacturing industry Proficiency in using enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other operational management software
