Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and act as a key partner to senior leadership in decision-making.
Oversee HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring smooth HR processes across company sites.
Lead HR-related projects in the mining sector, including manpower development for project expansion and strategic workforce deployment, while monitoring project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures, conduct market analyses, and manage employee benefits programs.
Oversee HRIS implementation, maintenance, and upgrades to streamline HR functions and leverage technology for data-driven decision-making.
Design and implement initiatives for employee development, succession planning, and leadership growth while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Develop and manage performance management frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.
Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract, select, and retain top talent, with a focus on filling key roles critical to mining operations and project success.
Provide strategic HR guidance as an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to site operations and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to resolve workforce challenges.
Oversee HR activities at mining sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and labor regulations, and building strong relationships with site teams.
Collaborate with General Affairs (GA) to ensure effective support for facilities, logistics, and employee welfare.
Work closely with IT to ensure the integration of HRIS, enhance data security, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Drive change initiatives related to organizational restructuring, policy updates, and system implementations, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement during transitions.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in a managerial role in HR Generalist or as an HR Business Partner in mining or industrial sector.
Strong expertise in HRBP, HR operations, Indutrial Relation,performance management, recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, HRIS, Organization development (OD), and talent management (TM).
Familiarity with General Affairs (GA) functions and the ability to coordinate with IT for HR technology integration.
Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of the challenges and requirements of the mining industry, including site operations and workforce dynamics.
Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics to assess organizational needs and design effective HR strategies.
Problem-solving, critical thinking, and adaptability, with high emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity.
Having relevant HR certifications such as CHRP, CHRM, or BNSP is a plus.
Willingness to travel to remote mining sites as required.
Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and ethical standards.
