DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute sales strategies to enhance the competitiveness of our offerings Lead the sales team at the Jakarta Head Office Provide support and guidance for the sales team at the branch Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, parts and sales, to deliver after-sales quality Establish and maintain good relationships with the key customers Coordinate with principal for product and market development Ensure achievement of sales targets in accordance with established KPIs
REQUIREMENT

Minimun bachelor degree any major Minimum 15 years of experience in Heavy Equipment Sales with minimun 10 years experience in Managerial position Demonstrated understanding of the sales material handling industry and the evolving needs of customers Having deep knowledge about Heavy Equipment units. Experience in managing sales team and develop B2B sales strategy Strong leadership with track record in achieving sales target Used to communicate in English (verbal and written), Mandarin is a plus Willing to go on a business trip Having wide networking in material handling industry Used to working with target and having a good critical thinking If you're excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience to make an impact, we encourage you to apply now.
