DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage and mentor HR team as a leader, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent. Oversee payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements and compliance with regulations. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Maintain and improve HR systems to ensure data integrity, efficiency, and user satisfaction. Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures and benefit programs. Ensure all HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and successfully attracting top-tier talent. At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in recruitment, assessment, and HR operations. Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and motivate the team. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
