REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and successfully attracting top-tier talent. At least 5 years of experience in HR, with expertise in recruitment, assessment, and HR operations. Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and motivate the team. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
