REQUIREMENT
1. Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in HR, specifically focusing on industrial relations. 2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. 3. In-depth knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and collective bargaining agreements. 4. Proven ability to effectively resolve workplace conflicts and maintain positive employer-employee relationships. 5. Strong negotiation skills with experience in collective bargaining and labor negotiations. 6. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees, unions, and management. 8. Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, ensuring company policies align with legal requirements. 9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and contribute to a positive work environment.
