Analyzes industry, customer and competitor data to create and implement compelling sales plans.
Executes sales strategies and go-to-market plans in assigned territory, focusing on sales growth
Develop and execute key account strategies by collaborating with marketing and sales teams.
Keep updated on product knowledge from brand/product principals, covering both new and existing products, to ensure coordinated and relevant strategies.
Implement promotional programs, product bundling, and visual merchandising effectively to enhance sales performance.
Nurture positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of strategies and operations in modern trade channels/accounts to sustain and enhance sales growth.
Ensure proper distribution of goods based on purchase orders issued by modern trade channels dan general trades to avoid stockouts and maintain sufficient stock levels on channels.
REQUIREMENT
Min Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, preferably in Marketing
Minimum of 3 - 5 years extensive experience related to key account management and offline section
Relevant knowledge in the Brands, espicially beauty or related retail industry
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent English communication skills
