Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns on TikTok Develop and implement creative content strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and insights, providing recommendations for improvement Engage with the TikTok community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in trends Stay updated on the latest TikTok trends and features to leverage them for campaign success
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor’s degree Proficient in Mandarin Speaking Experience 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management, preferably with a focus on TikTok Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform and user behavior Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas Passionate about social media, highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment Willing to work in Daan Mogot City, Jakarta Barat
