DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing operations of multiple stores and providing support for the retail stores. Must be well versed in company SOPs. Evaluate and propose SOP updates to improve work efficiency and effectiveness. Liaise with shopping center management and the Principal. Managing inventory. This includes inter-store transfers and preparing orders. Maintain correct visual merchandising at the stores per the Principal’s guidelines. Managing human capital within the Operations Dept. This includes mentoring and developing, as well as detecting potential problems and proposing solutions. Represents the Employer in handling customers’ inputs. Committed to continuous personal development relevant to Employee’s role. Achievement of sales targets. Create effective sales strategies to generate more sales. Prepare routine sales reports and market analysis as per Employer requirements. Proposing promotional ideas to improve store traffic for the management.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 36 years old. Candidate must possess an S1 (Bachelor’s) degree. Must clearly project leadership qualities and possess the necessary skills of a strong leader. Must be fluent in business English, both verbal and written. French or Mandarin is a plus. Work experience : o Minimum 10 years of luxury boutique retail experience with international brands. o Including a minimum of 2 years’ experience in successfully managing multiple boutiques. o Including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in successfully managing one boutique. Have personal transportation. Expected employment date : 20 January 2025.
