Define and drive the overall IT strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals and technology roadmap.
Produces specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers and interfaces, for translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.
Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality delivery of coding and solutions.
Collaborate with C-level executives and business leaders to align technical with business objectives and strategies.
Establish and enforce governance practices, ensuring that all IT solutions adhere to architectural standards, security protocols, and industry best practices.
Develop and maintain IT principles, guidelines, and methodologies to ensure consistency across all projects.
Oversee the integration of architectural solutions across different teams and departments, ensuring coherence and interoperability.
Lead technology evaluations and provide recommendations on new tools, platforms, and frameworks to enhance business capabilities.
Promote innovation by identifying opportunities for technological advancements and improvements in existing systems and processes.
Oversee the design and delivery of IT solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
Provide high-level guidance on complex and critical projects, particularly in areas involving cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing development team by recruiting, training, and mentoring team
Set clear goals, expectations, and performance standards for the team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business leaders, translating business needs into actionable plans.
Communicate development decisions, risks, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Identify development risks and ensure that solutions are designed with resilience, security, and scalability in mind.
Ensure that all solutions comply with regulatory standards, security policies, and data protection requirements.
Lead efforts to mitigate risks associated with technology changes, ensuring that architecture designs are robust and future-proof
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with significant experience in Java Back End Developer
Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), Microservices, APIs, and enterprise system integration.
Strong understanding of various technology domains, including software development, data architecture, security, and infrastructure.
Experience with DevOps practices, automation, and modern technology stacks.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team of developer, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance short-term needs with long-term goals.
Exceptional communication skills, able to influence and drive alignment among cross-functional teams and senior executives.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
