DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for maintaining and increasing sales of ETC product
Setting and achieving activity targets by ensuring optimal execution of plans of action (POA) and field tactics program
Regularly review achievement of sales against targets and initiate appropriate actions to ensure performance is in line with objectives
Establish, maintain, and expand customer base and servicing the needs of existing customers to Increasing business opportunities through expansion in the market
Responsible for meeting and exceeding product performance & sales revenue
Actively involve in recruitment process and propose right fit talent of candidates after screening & shortlisting
Ensuring achievement of monthly & annual business plans for each year
Evaluating the KPIs/performances of team quarterly, and identifying the needs of skills & knowledge development along with appropriate coaching/mentoring exercise.
To maintain business relationship with stakeholders like KOLs (Doctors, Hospital directors, Distributors, Ministry of Health) to build the image of company by collecting customer feedback and market research
Responsible for sending reports (Sales Analysis Reports and marketing activity reports) to direct supervisors/management/HO as per timeline
