DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Calculate and process payroll, ensuring accurate payments and deductions for all employees.
Generate and submit payroll reports to management, finance, and regulatory authorities as needed.
Responsible for managing and updating an accurate and efficient employee database with employee information and necessary documentation, including managing the system (Talenta)
Handle employee benefit processes including registration, termination, correspondence, claim processes (BPJS, Insurance)
Create monthly reports related to employee benefits (BPJS, insurance)
Responsible for the accuracy of employee attendance data every day including attendance, lateness, overtime, leave
Manage the administrative process for job changes, violations and leave
Prepare employee contract extensions
Create monthly payroll data and reports such as inputting employee benefits and deductions
Create salary payment data to be checked and processed by superiors accurately
Create monthly tax reporting data accurately
Perform tasks assigned by superiors related to work
REQUIREMENT
Experience with HR Software / HRIS (Talenta, SAP, Computer literacy such as Ms. Office, Zoom, Mail merge, Google Technology Savvy
Min. 3 years of experience in payroll or a related HR role.
Strong attention to detail and critical
Well organized and able to work with deadlines
Have good communication and strong interpersonal skills to deal with different levels of people
Used to handle massive manpower of HR function administration
Highly attention to detailed and neatly
experienced end to end payroll from compiling attendance data, until tax calculation and reporting
Familiarity with HR practices related to employee compensation and benefits.
