Identify and troubleshoot Business Solution/ ERP issue with end user and programmer. Analyze on Business Solution/ ERP system and data warehouse. Monitor the performance of Business Solution/ ERP system. Monitor and review the Business Solution/ ERP server performance and to ensure run at optimum level. Monitor the number of user access to Business Solution/ ERP system. Business Solution/ ERP reporting extraction and support for reporting
REQUIREMENT

ERP system analytical and problem solving skills Good communication skill with end user and vendor Good in database knowledge and troubleshooting skills Degree/Advance Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent Two (2) years of relevant experience in ERP analyze and support
