Manage regional team to handle field investigations, special investigation and mystery shopping related to fraud case,include surveillance, activity checks, background checks, wellness checks, locates, written and recorded statements, obtain evidence by using appropriate regulations, strategies and tools effectively (covered area Medan, Batam, Pekanbaru, Dumai)
maintain good relationship to goverment or local communities
manage Security team (anti fraud team which is part timer/mystery shopper, bussines Invesigator, Special Investigator) and ensure part time mystery shopper can achieve the targeted performance and Ensure part time mystery shopper assigment by week)
Recheck Mistery Shopper finding Report per week to control the Mistery Shopper Report is meet quality and SLA given
REQUIREMENT
Male/Female Max 40 years old
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience as a manager/ supervisor in risk management, risk compliance, Audit, or related to finance security.
Good communcation skill (english written and conversation required), good analytical, good leadership skill dan decision making skill
