DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide accurate, prompt and robust legal advice to the business units, acting always in a pro-active manner
Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, with a particular focus on contracts for the Telco, ICT space. Experience in working on sales and procurement contracts is an added advantage
Provide legal education and training to the business units
Work collaboratively with other stakeholders and to ensure internal policy and corporate governance is adhered to
Possess excellent client relationship skills with keen interest in learning and understanding the business, its drivers and the operations
Being a team player, and willing to explore and learn new skillsets
REQUIREMENT
Post Qualification Experience (PQE) 5 years and above
Common-law qualified lawyer, Singapore qualification preferred
Prior in- house experience of at least 1 year
Familiarity with the Telco/ICT/Technology industry
