DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct market research and gather relevant business information. Collect, process, and maintain research data. Perform administrative tasks, including email correspondence. Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams. Support front office operations and daily activities. Assist with inventory monitoring and control. Organize staff meetings and maintain calendar schedules. Provide administrative support to management. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Maintain and update calendars and appointment schedules. Handle basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping tasks. Complete word processing and document preparation tasks. Research, compile, and organize business data. Maintain and update contact databases and records. Create presentations, reports, and business documents. Gather and organize data for statistical analysis. Send client contracts and follow-up communications. Upload and maintain client information in Canopy.
REQUIREMENT

At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, operations, executive support, or virtual assistant roles Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Proficiency in cloud-based platforms such as Google Workspace, Skype, and remote collaboration tools Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Accurate and efficient data entry skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities Strong listening, comprehension, and memory skills Willingness to learn and undergo training Reliable high-speed internet connection Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Knowledge of computer operating systems and business software applications Working knowledge of CRM platforms Basic knowledge of financial and accounting software Familiarity with market research methodologies and techniques Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment Advanced written and verbal English communication skills
