DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets while identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Build Strategic Relationships: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing corporate clients and to develop new leads to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
• Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle: From prospecting to execution—design compelling proposals, close deals, manage activations, and deliver seamless events with excellent client service.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Marketing to develop impactful campaigns, and with Operations/Logistics to ensure smooth delivery and inventory planning
• Create Memorable Brand Experiences: Organize and support tastings, corporate events, and brand activations that showcase portfolio excellence and elevate customer engagement
• Track Performance & Insights: Monitor sales performance, manage pipeline reporting, and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or event-driven roles; corporate client exposure will be a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving capabilities, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting tools.
• Proficient in English and Cantonese.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• WSET or other wine and spirits qualifications are highly regarded but not mandatory.
