DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the full sales cycle, including prospect engagement, discovery calls, solution presentations, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure Conduct needs assessments to understand client goals, pain points, and decision criteria, and recommend tailored solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Develop proposals, presentations, and pricing discussions to support client acquisition and revenue growth Track pipeline activity, sales performance, and follow-up actions using CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery Meet or exceed sales targets, quotas, and activity expectations Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and financial industry developments to identify opportunities and strengthen sales strategies
REQUIREMENT

Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience Proven experience managing full-cycle sales, from discovery and qualification through negotiation and closing Experience working with inbound or company-provided leads and converting opportunities into closed deals Background in banking, financial services, securities, or the investment industry within the U.S. or Philippine market Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work during U.S. business hours Preferred Qualifications Experience in U.S. banking or financial services Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling methodologies Familiarity with CRM platforms and remote sales tools Key Traits for Success Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving structures and processes Self-starter with strong ownership of pipeline management and deal execution Adaptable and capable of operating with minimal supervision Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue generation and business growth
