DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounting function, ensuring effective financial management, governance, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. Drive financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, business performance monitoring, financial analysis, and strategic decision support. Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, accounting operations, tax compliance, treasury management, cash flow optimization, and audit coordination. Develop and strengthen financial controls, policies, systems, and processes to support operational excellence and risk management. Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, improve profitability, support growth initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support corporate strategy, business expansion, organizational transformation, and key management decisions. Monitor financial performance and key business metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and action plans to achieve organizational targets. Lead, develop, and build high-performing Finance & Accounting teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting, including leadership roles at Manager level or above. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, treasury, taxation, internal controls, and corporate governance. Proven ability to analyze financial and business performance, identify opportunities and risks, and provide strategic recommendations to management. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across functions and organizational levels. Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools; professional certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage. Willing to be placed in PIK, North Jakarta.
