DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure — ensuring system security, reliability, and availability through backups, disaster recovery planning, cybersecurity measures, and access controls
Provide expert hardware support across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals — handling diagnostics, repairs, and asset inventory, and managing external vendors where needed
Collaborate with business teams to translate needs into technical solutions — managing IT projects end-to-end and overseeing system integrations for seamless operations
Develop data strategies, generate reports, and surface insights that support business decision-making
Develop and implement IT policies and best practices, conduct staff training, and liaise with the global HQ IT team
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Min 3 years of IT experience with solid experience in system development, project management, and data analysis
Comfortable with reporting tools, database management, and translating data into actionable insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to juggle multiple priorities
Experience with software licensing is a plus
