DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of advisors Drive sales performance against defined targets and KPIs Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion ratios Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of advisors Prepare and review MIS, performance reports, and action plans Foster a high‑energy, performance‑driven team culture
REQUIREMENT

Open to all existing advisors within the organization, with at least 1 year of completed service. Proven sales performance and strong communication skills Mandatory: Valid UAE driving license and own car Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management capabilities
