Channel Sales
Responsible for achievement of the sell through/out target via executing the overall plan in a certain city.
Develop new retailers & dealers. Build rapport with retailers, dealers, store managers and their employees.
Assist to resolve issues, achieve store coverage rate, provide training to achieve retail store sell out target.
Execute retail promotions/ activities to achieve good results. Develop area promotion plan to increase sell out.
Gather & report customer feedback, competitive activities and market situation.
Retail Operation
Establish and implement strategies to drive retail operation performance and its effectiveness.
Manage all retail-operations related projects to establish retail operation excellence.
Ensure all stores adhere to compliance requirements in all areas of retail operational activity, company policies and procedures.
Responsible to perform performance analysis, prepare reports and evaluate current performance trends.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the field of Business Studies or Management.
Must have adequate understanding and experience in retail and sales management.
Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
Strong attention to details, analytical, numerical, and statistical skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and able to cope with stress & changes.
