DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support and coordinate daily HRIS operational activities, ensuring smooth and accurate system usage across HR functions. Manage user access administration, including account creation, role assignment, access review and deactivation in accordance with governance requirements. Handle HRIS tickets, user enquiries, and issue coordination, ensuring timely resolution and proper follow-up with vendors or relevant stakeholders. Maintain HR data accuracy, consistency and governance through regular monitoring and validation. Support HR system enhancement activities, including testing (UAT), process improvement initiatives and implementation support. Coordinate with system vendors and Korea HQ HR/IT teams for issue escalation, enhancement requests and system-related matters. Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support operational monitoring and management reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements and data confidentiality standards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in HR Operations, HRIS or related support functions. Hands-on experience in HR systems administration or HR operational support. Good understanding of HR processes and workflows. Experience in handling system access management, user support, and ticket coordination. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with good data management and coordination skills. Familiarity with HR systems such as ZingHR or other HRIS platforms is an added advantage. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI will be an added advantage.
