REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field. Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in HR Operations, HRIS or related support functions. Hands-on experience in HR systems administration or HR operational support. Good understanding of HR processes and workflows. Experience in handling system access management, user support, and ticket coordination. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with good data management and coordination skills. Familiarity with HR systems such as ZingHR or other HRIS platforms is an added advantage. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI will be an added advantage.
