DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Achieve sales targets within the assigned area (regional coverage).
Manage and supervise the sales/merchandiser team (recruitment, coaching, monitoring, performance evaluation).
Ensure product distribution to general trade outlets (wholesalers, grocery stores, traditional markets, small retailers, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and outlets.
Develop sales plans and distribution strategies based on area potential.
Ensure product availability (stock, display, visibility, and pricing in line with company standards).
Monitor market activities (competitors, pricing, promotions, and consumer trends).
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the Area Manager/ASM.
Execute trade promotions and ensure proper implementation in the field.
Control account receivables and ensure timely payment collection from outlets according to company policy.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing/Business/Management preferred). 2–3 years of experience in General Trade sales (FMCG background is a plus). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Results-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in the field. Good knowledge of the assigned territory/region.
