DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and motivation to help them excel in their roles Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets across multiple retail locations Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and provide regular reports to management Ensure excellent customer service by identifying and addressing customer needs and resolving any issues Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and in-store displays Maintain inventory control and ensure efficient stock management in your assigned stores Identify and address any operational or logistical challenges to ensure smooth store operations
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar retail management role Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders Proficient in analysing sales data and using it to drive targeted sales strategies Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with retail merchandising and inventory management principles
