Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to placement and aftercare Build and maintain professional relationships with both clients and candidates Understand clients' hiring needs and match them with the right talent Maintain accurate records and manage a portfolio of active roles Collaborate with senior consultants and contribute to team targets
REQUIREMENT

Fresh graduates from Social Science (i.e., Sociology and Anthropology, Psychology, Linguistic) and Business (International Business, Business Administration, Human Resources Management) or other related background Passionate, driven, and people-oriented Enjoys talking, connecting, and learning new things Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus!)
