DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Serving as a trusted HR business partner to senior management, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform people-related decisions Developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and initiatives that support the company's goals and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce Overseeing the end-to-end employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development Collaborating with the HR team to deliver exceptional service and address employee concerns in a timely and effective manner Driving continuous improvement in HR processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
REQUIREMENT

A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR business partner or in a similar strategic HR role, ideally within the manufacturing, FMCG or related industries Proven track record of aligning HR strategies with business objectives and driving positive organizational change Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide data-driven insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Thorough understanding of relevant labor laws and regulations in Indonesia Proficiency in HR information systems and data analysis tools
