Store Operations Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day operations including opening, closing, and security aspects. Run the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Train new staff on Point of Sale (POS) operations. Ensure compliance with in-store procedures regarding pricing and ticketing. Customer Service Create a sparkling clean and organized environment by maintaining store standards and cleanliness. Greet customers immediately upon entering the store with a smile and sincere greeting. Provide quality service in fitting rooms and follow up with customers in a timely manner. Provide efficient service at the cash wrap, offering gift cards and capturing customer information. Thank all customers for shopping and invite them back upon exit. Sales & Merchandising Provide customers with current relevant information about the product. Participate in and attend all store meetings and related functions. Represent a positive attitude toward the merchandise, brand, and company. Participate in all inventories and meet or exceed weekly sales goals. Miscellaneous Responsibilities Assume and complete other duties as assigned by store management. Be punctual and adhere to designated work schedule. Perform housekeeping duties as required. Be flexible and work well with peers and management to accomplish duties. Follow company Policies and Procedures 100%.
