DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To review all incoming letter with regard to HR & GA department and prepare the written reply.
To prepare official letter to government body for DGM approval.
To guide, analyst and managed practical compensation & benefit and to make sure compensation & benefit packet competitive regarding financial capability.
To check the effectiveness of all subordinate function.
To check payment to third party related to HR & GA department.
To enforce employee discipline by issuing warning letter, suspension letter or termination & etc.
To set up recruitment scheme in coordination with other concerned department.
To organize all people in HR department to achieve HR &GA department and company objective.
To set up job description of each position at HR & GA Department and other department.
To build and maintain relationship with related government body & other parties (journalist, labor union and etc).
To develop company's organization structure.
To conduct study related to industrial relation matters.
To prepare and control annual HR & GA's budget.
To prepare and evaluate monthly performance report.
To develop and implement company regulations and policy with regard to manpower affairs.
To deal, negotiate, and prepare contract with third party, whenever necessary.
To give legal advice to general manager and other department manager with regard to manpower affair.
To check salary payment plan prepared by HR Admin and Payroll Officer.
To prepare salary structure by taking into consideration government regulation and company policy.
To supervise evaluation KPI, performance appraisal and competency system and provide feed back to concerned department.
To review all record of safety equipment inspection.
To coordinate with departmental managers for training requirements and arrangement.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in psychology, law, and management Experience more than 5 years in relevant field Good command in English both oral and written Good communication, thoroughness, leadership
