DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Consultative Sales and Lead Conversion Manage and convert inbound leads through structured, consultation-based selling Conduct personalized phone consultations to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions Develop strong product and service knowledge to effectively educate and influence customers Increase revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and bundled solution strategies Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business Customer Follow-Up and Revenue Optimization Execute structured follow-up strategies to convert high-intent prospects into sales Re-engage inactive customers and maximize customer lifetime value Recover incomplete transactions and improve overall conversion rates Business Development and Account Management Identify, prospect, and acquire new business accounts across target segments Manage inbound B2B inquiries and conduct outbound outreach activities Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support account growth Drive repeat business and expand revenue opportunities within existing accounts Sales Operations and Leadership Support hiring, onboarding, and development of sales team members Create and optimize sales scripts, workflows, and consultation frameworks Establish and track KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and improve sales effectiveness Lead, coach, and manage a high-performing telesales team
REQUIREMENT

3 to 5 years of proven sales experience in a customer-facing, revenue-driven environment Strong track record in telephone sales, lead conversion, and consistent revenue generation Demonstrated expertise in consultative selling, including identifying customer needs, recommending solutions, and guiding purchase decisions Proven ability to build rapport, engage customers, and close sales through high-quality conversations Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written Strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on sales targets, conversion rates, and performance metrics Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and customer data to manage pipelines and optimize results Highly proactive, self-driven, and accountable for individual performance outcomes Growth-oriented mindset with strong leadership potential
