Architecture & Operations ● Scalability: Ensure the infrastructure can handle rapid user growth and peak traffic periods without performance degradation. ● Reliability: Maintain (99.99%) availability through robust disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity planning. ● Modernization: Cloud-native, containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker). ● Implement IT service management practices including incident management, change management, and service monitoring. 3.
