DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Achieve sales targets and KPIs in the assigned territory.
Develop and expand distribution through licensed wholesalers, sub-distributors, and authorized agents.
Support the implementation of a structured multi-tier distribution system (principal–distributor–agent–retail).
Strengthen distribution foundations before entering small retail outlets.
Execute trade programs and ensure proper implementation in the field.
Monitor stock movement, pricing stability, product availability, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distribution partners.
Identify new business opportunities and potential growth areas.
Prepare regular sales performance and territory reports to the Sales Manager.
Spend majority of time in the field to ensure effective market coverage and execution.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Supervisor or 5 years as Sales Representative (Tobacco/FMCG).
Strong understanding of distribution systems and area development.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Strong selling skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Own vehicle and valid driving license required.
