DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will take ownership of key account relationships and drive top-line growth within the modern trade channel. You will be instrumental in deepening customer partnerships, executing strategic account plans, and identifying new business opportunities to solidify the brand's dominance in the category.
Develop and execute tailored account strategies for assigned customers, ensuring alignment with company objectives while consistently meeting sales and profitability targets.
Cultivate strong, multi-level relationships beyond key buyers to enable collaborative joint business planning and comprehensive commercial support.
Proactively gather and analyze market data, conduct regular store visits to monitor competitor activity, and surface actionable insights that unlock new business opportunities.
Partner closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of trade initiatives and contribute to the company's broader commercial goals.
Identify and pursue opportunities to penetrate new markets and channels, reinforcing the brand's leadership position in the industry.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 - 8 years of Key Account Management experience within the FMCG industry, with a proven track record of delivering against sales targets. Applicants with less experience will be considered as Assistant Key Account Manager.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
Strong business acumen with solid analytical, negotiation, and presentation capabilities; proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Independent, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced commercial environment
Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
