DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve IT support tickets. Provide L1–L2 technical support (onsite & remote). Follow escalation workflows and meet SLA targets. Communicate clearly and professionally with users in English via phone, email, and chat. Maintain asset records and basic reports.
REQUIREMENT

2+ years Service Desk / IT Support experience Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, O365, Active Directory, hardware/software) Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
