Team Management & Development
Supervise and manage daily activities of the van sales team
Set clear sales targets and monitor individual and team performance
Coach, train, and develop van sales executives to improve performance and productivity
Conduct regular field visits and joint market visits with sales executives
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members
Sales Performance & Market Execution
Drive achievement of sales targets, volume growth, and market penetration
Ensure proper route planning and coverage efficiency
Monitor sales performance, productivity, and outlet coverage KPIs
Identify opportunities to open new accounts and expand customer base
Ensure effective product availability and in-market execution
Collection & Financial Discipline
Monitor and enforce proper collection processes and cash handling
Ensure timely collection and minimize overdue payments
Control and monitor credit exposure in line with company policies
Reduce financial risk and improve collection efficiency
Operational Excellence
Monitor van stock management, returns, and product handling
Ensure proper execution of company sales processes and policies
Maintain accurate reporting of sales, collections, and operational KPIs
Improve operational efficiency and route productivity
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 5 years of FMCG sales experience in UAE
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role managing van sales or route sales teams
Strong experience in food service, grocery, or traditional trade channel
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent knowledge of UAE FMCG distribution (Frozen) and van sales operations
Strong understanding of route planning, sales execution, and collection processes
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Familiar with van sales operations in UAE
