DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide accessible, timely, effective, and professional IT support services to users.
Be available to handle incoming service desk calls.
Respond promptly to user queries via phone, voicemail, email, and other communication channels.
Perform accurate assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution of reported issues.
Deliver first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Track, manage, and resolve incidents including: Desktop and laptop issues, LAN and centralized infrastructure concerns, Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity, Voice-related service requests.
Coordinate user account administration tasks including account activation, modification, and termination.
Receive and respond to all IT service requests in accordance with service level standards.
Escalate complex issues to second-level support when required.
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Nitec in any discipline
Basic knowledge of: Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, Mobile device support
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
Able to work 5.5 days per week
Willing to learn – OJT Provided
