DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Software Installation. (Includes Accounting & POS System, Drivers, any required components)
Software(Accounting & POS System) support for call-in customers (At Office)
Provide Software(Accounting & POS System) training to customers (On-site)
Teach set up new products detail, pricing etc.
Teach transaction entries for Accounting & POS System.
Configure initial settings for Accounting & POS System.
Customize report format. (Includes barcode printer , receipt printer, standard printer formats.)
Network configuration. (Includes LAN, Remote, Port Forwarding etc.)
Troubleshoot software & hardware issues.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/Diploma in any field.
No work experience required. Training will be provided.
Required Skill(s): Basic computer knowledge, network, file sharing
